Horas.. Horas.. Horas..the means is welcome, good bye, it is said batak people when you come into Huta Bolon Simanindo in Samosir lake toba. Huta is slum traditional batak. if you visit to huta at around lake toba, you will many find and listen horas.

Horas also is used when batak ceremonial, like batak wedding, and many ritual batak. it is also used when we meet each other at street, home, in hotel and etc. so if you meet batak people at around lake toba, just saya horas and you will answered horas too.
